If you are BIPOC, in the greater Seattle area and you have an idea for a cultural space that you would like to make happen then consider applying for the BASE: Build Art Space Equitably 2023 cohort. Spend a year exploring the intersection of community development and commercial real estate development. Deadline is February 22nd, 2023.

BASE participants are paid $20 per hour to be a part of the cohort, meals are catered for every live session, basic costs (childcare, travel, etc) can be reimbursed as well.
